As we are regularly booked out months in advance, we now charge for product reviews to non-existing clients, so please fill out this booking online - and send your benchmark sample to the address we will send to you. You are paying for a quote/review and we may NOT be able to replicate your product, the cost of the review is NON refundable.
Cancellation Policy
New Product Review Should you wish to develop an item, the new product development review is required first. To book this in, please proceed as outlined here. At the end of the review, you will receive an accurate quotation, and or feedback on the assessment. This does not guarantee we will accept the project. The review will cover our time and assessment.
